Copyright
The artist retains full copyright on all artwork that is produced, including mock-ups and prints. This means I can create prints and calendars using the image of the artwork created. When a portrait is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it on my website gallery and on my social media pages. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown or used must notify me before work commences.
Payment
To commission a portrait, payment must be made in full before the drawing of the portrait can begin. For personal compositions payment is made before they are shipped. I accept Credit Cards and Bank Transfer (exception: Pay Pal for customers outside Romania). The amount of the currency conversion is borne by the customer. I will receive the amount required for the order.
Shipping
The shipping time depends on the chosen method and your location:
⦁ 12-48h in Romania via courier, regardless of the city
⦁ 10-15 working days to the country of origin in Europe, via local post
⦁ 10-25 working days to the country of origin (outside Europe), via local post
⦁ 7 days to the country of origin , via standard international courier
⦁ 3-4 days to the country of origin, via international express courier
Local couriers will bring the package to your address. It is possible that the local post offices in your country do not have local couriers (to bring you the package from the postal office to your address). This only applies to the postal shipping method.
The prices depend on the chosen method and the country of origin.
All orders are shipped securely with a tracking number to the address you provide. If the item is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please indicate the address after you receive the photo of the artwork. The drawing time will be communicated to you before placing the order. It can last:
– up to 3 weeks after placing the order, excluding holidays and vacations
– rarely, when the workload is less crowded, it can be reduced to 7 working days, so please contact me if you are in a hurry.
Changes and rejection
Customers have the right to request small adjustments where it is possible. This will be done after I show the picture of the completed artwork. The model picture cannot be changed once the drawing has started.
My drawing style and ability to reproduce faces can be seen from the portfolio and from the order guide. Various real models are presented there (which belong entirely to me) in order to give you an idea about your personalized drawing. Please consult carefully and ask questions (if necessary) before starting the order. Custom artworks cannot be returned or refused because all the work was submitted especially for you and cannot be sold to someone else.
Personal compositions and prints can be returned within 14 days or rejected. Shipping costs (including insurance) will be borne by the customer (round-trip). Except for the extremely rare cases when the packaging is damaged. Please check carefully and do not accept the package!
Damage in Transit
My works benefit from the most durable materials, but if there is damage to the packaging, please refuse. In this case, there will be only one solution: the parcel returns to me and another artwork will be done. Do not accept the package if it has signs of damage.
Privacy Policy
The artist will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties without your permission.
Prints
Whilst every care has been taken to assure accuracy of reproduction of prints according to their originals, the artist cannot guarantee a 100% likeness due to scanning settings, individual monitor/screen settings. I suggest you to view the print from several devices.
VAT & Import Duty
All items for sale including commission are not subject to Value Added Tax. Payment of import duty may be liable in some countries, which is the sole responsibility of the client.
